If items are returned from an order that qualified for free shipping,shipping cost will be
applied to that order if it brings the total amount (After returns) below the free shipping threshhold. Returned orders with that qualified for free shipping will be charged for any applicable shipping and handling cost.
When Will my package ship?
We try our best to get all packages out within 24-48 hours however on occasion we may go into 72 hour shipping period due to high volume.
All domestic orders ( U.S ) will get a tracking number by email.
We use address verification. If we cannot verify your address this may cause delays in shipping your order.
All International orders will get proof of shipment.(No tracking available) If you need tracking added on to your order please contact us first as the cost will increase.
How do I add to my order?
Send us a message through our contact us form. If your package has not been shipped you can place another order.
We will combine the orders and refund the shipping charges on the second order. Make sure you have approval before doing so.
Notice to International customers! We cannot be held responsible for customs clearance in your country. We are not responsible for loss of packages due to customs seizures or refusal of shipment into your country. If your package is returned to us for failure of entry we will gladly refund your order less any shipping cost. You assume all cost if package is destroyed by your countries custom agency.
You are responsible for any applicable duty costs.

Here are some of the reason we WILL NOT warranty a battery.
-Cartomizer was overfilled and liquid entered the Battery.
-Battery was immersed in water or any other liquid
-Battery shows signs of abuse or extreme wear and tear.
-SmooV Logo is not present or visible on the battery.
-Dropped or broken due to falling , sitting on while in pocket or other signs of neglect will not be covered
PCC and Charger Adapters-90 Day Limited waranty
All PCC and usb Chargers are covered by manufacturer defects.
-Prodcuts may not show signs of abuse or extreme use.
-Items immersed in water are not covered.
-Items dropped or broken due to falling , sitting on while in pocket or other signs of neglect will not be covered.
-All PCC and Charger Adpaters must have the SmooV Logo present.(Where Applicable)
Cartridges are considered consumables and are not covered by warranty.
For sanitary and health reasons we can not accept returns of any kind on used or opened packs of cartridges.
